Cancellation Policy
Payment must be received to secure your booking. All payments are non-refundable but may be transferred to another date depending on availability. If you need to reschedule your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Guest must be checked in to hotel/residence prior to our arrival. WE CANNOT CHECK IN FOR GUEST. Guest are responsible for confirming with their hotel/residence that room decorating is allowed. Please provide your hotel decorator's name to allow access to room and key for entry.
